I called Cochran today because my front door lock was hard to turn. They could of just scheduled an appointment and charged me for a service call, but instead they told me to try some WD40. It was a simple fix and I feel a little dumb that I didn't think to try that. They replaced my locks a couple of years ago and did a great job.
